Our facility is structured with dedicated teams and managers to ensure seamless operations and comprehensive support:
Managing Director : Philippe Coudol Oversees all administrative and technical operations, leading a team of approximately 25 individuals. Philippe is responsible for developing and implementing Center policies, managing operational applications, and providing strategic guidance. He actively fosters collaboration among administrative and technical teams and serves as the primary administrative liaison with institutional partners like AP-HP, Inserm, Paris Cité University, and private partners.
Budget & Resource Manager : Elisabeth Bailly manages the research center’s entire budget, which includes funding from Inserm, Paris Cité University, and various external sources. She also oversees the effective management and allocation of resources across all scientific platforms within the center.
Human Resources Manager: Corina Suldac is responsible for all aspects of human resources within the research center, which includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development. She also oversees the effective management and allocation of human resources across all scientific platforms within the center.
Administrative Team Managers : Magali Biziki, Véronique Oberweis, Karima Ichegour, Sonia Ghabara This team provides essential administrative support to all research teams, handling critical functions such as financial management and human resource coordination.
Risk Prevention Coordinator : Julien Puthod advises on health and safety regulations, working closely with institutional prevention officers. He leads a local network of prevention actors, ensures compliance with all regulatory approvals, conducts regular safety inspections, and organizes staff training programs.
Facilities Manager : Dominique Macé coordinates and monitors all building maintenance and renovation projects. He is responsible for identifying and quantifying maintenance needs and managing relationships with external service providers to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
Communication Manager : Dominique Charue coordinates all internal and external communication efforts for the research center. She also monitors and disseminates information regarding important funding calls to relevant teams.
IT Manager : Toufik Salem develops and implements a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect the organization’s data and systems from various threats, including malware, phishing, and ransomware. He is also responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s entire network infrastructure.
Central Stores & Facilities Manager : Stéphanie Lamoureurx manages the central store, overseeing inventory and distribution. She is also responsible for the biological facilities and coordinates all washing and sterilization services.
Safety & ComplianceQualified Persons in Radioactivity: Ludivine LAURANS (for sealed sources) and Thomas VIEL (for sealed and non-sealed sources) ensure strict compliance with radiation safety regulations. They play a key role in obtaining and maintaining necessary authorizations from the Nuclear Security Agency (ASN).
L2 Laboratory Managers: Cécile DEVUE and Ludovic COUTY are responsible for training new researchers in safe laboratory practices within our Biosafety Level 2 laboratories. They collaborate closely with the Risk Prevention Coordinator to uphold safety standards.
Platform Network Coordinator : Thomas VIEL coordinates the various scientific platforms, ensuring their efficient operation and collaboration within the research center.
