PARCC researchers to take part in the 2nd Annual RICC Meeting

The second Annual Meeting of the Heart–Brain Interfaces Network (RICC) will take place on 9 December 2026 at MAS in Paris, with the participation of PARCC researchers Nabila Bouatia-Naji and Adrien Georges.

Organised by Inserm’s thematic institutes for Neurosciences (IT Neuro) and Pathophysiology, Metabolism and Nutrition (IT PMN), the meeting will bring together researchers and clinicians to explore heart–brain interactions and discuss new research directions.

This year’s programme will place particular emphasis on women’s health and the influence of sex and gender on the heart–brain axis. Held in collaboration with the University of Ottawa’s Brain–Heart Interconnectome (BHI/ICC), the meeting will also strengthen international scientific exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration.

By connecting fundamental and translational research, RICC aims to advance our understanding of heart–brain interactions and translate scientific discoveries into improved prevention, screening and care.

Date: 9 December 2026
Venue: MAS, 10–18 rue des Terres au Curé, 75013 Paris, France
Attendance: Free, with mandatory registration, subject to availability.
