The Precision Pathology Platform for Transplantation is currently specialized in RNA extraction for all types of samples (FFPE, frozen tisssue, plasma, etc…) and transcriptome analysis using the nCounter™ Analysis System of NanoString®.

The main activity of the platform is dedicated to direct multiplexed measurements of gene expression with high levels of precision and sensitivity. These assays generate high-quality results from challenging samples like FFPE tissues. Beyond the advantage of being performed on the same sample used for light microscopy, the nCounter™ offers the opportunity to analyze large retrospective and longitudinal archived samples in the setting of decentralized multicenter studies.

Thanks to the close collaboration and connection with team 11, the Precision Pathology Platform aims to Develop integrated systems in solid organ transplantation for precision diagnostics and prognostics, risk stratification and response to therapy to improve

patient monitoring and graft survival

 

The platform's activity evolves around two main axes:
