Team Funding

ANR EPIVASCAGE, 2021-2024, coordination Jean-Philippe Empana.

This national grant is currently examining the predictive value for CVD of multiple vascular aging parameters as measured non-invasively by carotid echotracking in 10,000 participants from the Paris Prospective study III.

ANR MIMEA, 2022-25, coordination S Taleb (team 5).

In this collaborative project, we will evaluate the predictive value for CVD of the tryptophane and phenyl alanine metabolites as measured by mass spectrometry in the peripheral blood in a case-control study nested within the Paris Prospective study III.

COST ACTION VASCAGENET, EU Grant, 2019-23, coordination Austrian Institute of technology, Austria.

This EU grant aimed at creating a European networking of experts and research centres working on vascular ageing.

COST ACTION PARQ, EU Grant, 2021-26, coordination by University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands).

This EU grant aimed at creating a European networking of experts and research centres working on cardiac arrest. It follows the H2020 ESCAPENET (2017-22) on the epidemiology and treatment of cardiac arrest across Europe.

FRM Team, 2021-2024, coordination Xavier Jouven.

This project uses artificial intelligence technics to develop and validate risk prediction algorithms for sudden cardiac death in the population.

INSERM International Research Project,  coordination JP Empana.

This grant helps to support and consolidate an international collaboration with the team of Pr C Steehouwer (Maastricht) on the assessment and predictive value of vascular aging parameters for CVD.

Post-doctoral Lefoulon Delalande scholarship, 2023-2025, laureate Aboubakari Nambiema.

To investigate the associations between sleep habits and incident CVD and explore the underlying molecular mechanisms in 10,000 participants from the Paris Prospective study III.
