The Paris Cardiovascular Research Center – PARCC is thrilled to announce that Marta Sablik has been named a recipient of the prestigious 2025 Young Talents France Award – For Women in Science by the L’Oréal / UNESCO Foundation!

Marta’s inspiring journey reflects the power of borderless science, research, curiosity, and talent.

An International Career at the Heart of Research

Having grown up in the 🇳🇱 Netherlands in a family of 🇵🇱 Polish origin, Marta pursued an international academic path—from Erasmus University Rotterdam to Columbia University in New York—before dedicating her research to 🇫🇷 France at the Paris Cardiovascular Research Center – PARCC (Faculté de Santé – Université Paris Cité INSERM).

🔬 Driven by her passion for immunology, Marta is developing an interdisciplinary approach to improve the detection and management of organ rejection. Her work innovatively combines biomarkers, clinical data, and artificial intelligence.

🫡 Her core objective: to transform the lives of transplanted patients and push the boundaries of scientific knowledge.

Marta is currently a PhD student at the Bio SPC Doctoral School, conducting her research within Alexandre Loupy’s team, #PARCC PITOR – Paris Institute for Transplantation & Organ Regeneration. Notably, she is the first author of an original article recently published in the esteemed N Engl J Med (Sablik M et al, N Engl J Med, 2025) 🙌 👊!

👏 Join us in congratulating Marta on this well-deserved recognition!
